Entradas - Appetizers

Antojitos: Assorted yuca & green plantain chips served with mojo- an herb infused garlic oil and grated parmesan cheese.

Empanadas Vegetarianas:
Savory baked turnovers filled with spinach, lentils, and sweet potatoes.

Salteñas: A Bolivian tradition! Baked, handmade empanadas filled with chicken or ground beef,potatoes,peas, raisins, and spices.

Quinoa Chicken: Quinoa coated chicken breast strips served over sautéed baby spinach with spicy Bolivian sajta sauce.

Papa Rellena: One of Peru’s most Popular street foods!  Mashed potatoes wrapped around a filling of seasoned ground beef, raisins and spices.
Causa de Mariscos: Seafood salad layered in between mashed potatoes seasoned with aji Amarillo and a hint of lemon. Served chilled with avocado and tomato garnish.

Pincho:
Seasoned prawn skewer with platano relleno. A plantain cake filled with black beans.

Ceviche: A Peruvian signature!  Sea Bass marinated in fresh lemon juice with onions, aji Amarillo and salt.  Served with choclo and camote.

Veggie Papa Rellena: Mashed potatoes wrapped around a filling of seasonal vegetables.


Calamari a la Diablada: Lightly fried calamari, sauteed with chile de arbol, Shiitake mushrooms, and scallions.


Anticucho de Carne: Grilled beef skewer accompanied by quinoa salad.
