Amici Greens: 
Locally grown baby lettuces tossed with Valencia orange-champagne vinaigrette. Topped with candied pepitas and choice of Artisan goat or St. Agar Bleu cheese.

Beteraba:
  Marinated beets sautéed with baby spinach and topped with toasted walnuts and choice of a fresh or aged goat cheese. 

Quinoa Summer Salad: Sautéed summer squash, corn, tomatoes, and fresh basil with quinoa.

Q’ero:  Sautéed Swiss Chard, oven roasted sweet potatoes in sage butter, and roasted mushrooms.
