Tres Leches: A dessert I fell in love with while living in Honduras, this Central American specialty is a very moist sponge style cake topped with whipped cream and seasonal fruit. A signature dessert!

Tulum: Roasted walnut tart shell filled with vanilla flavored whipped cream cheese and topped with seasonal fruit and bittersweet chocolate.

Espresso Mousse Torte: Rich espresso mousse layered between dark chocolate cake and bittersweet chocolate frosting, served with raspberry sauce and whipped cream with a hint of vanilla.

Flan: Tahitian vanilla bean flavored custard. No South American menu would be complete without it.

Alfajores: Short bread style cookies filled with dulce de leche and rolled in powered sugar, very popular throughout Argentina and Peru. Ours are done in the traditional Peruvian style.

Guanni Truffles: A selection of three truffles made by famed Guanni chocolatier, Mariella Baldi. Truffles are made from Peruvian cacao highlighting Peruvian ingredients, such as Pisco, aji amarillo, and passion fruit.
